摘要 目的提高临床医学研究生临床思维和综合应用知识的能力。方法以研究生为对象,采用PBL教学法,从临床具体病例出发,以小组讨论形式,在导师的引导下综合运用所学知识解决问题,以探讨口腔颌面外科学教学改革的途径。结果所有参与者都认为PBL教学法是一种高效率的教学模式。这种教学方法增强了学生学习的主动性和分析、解决问题的能力,并培养了良好的团队精神。结论 PBL教学法可以提高临床医学研究生临床思维和综合应用知识的能力,为培养合格临床医师奠定基础。 Objective To improve clinical thinking and practical ability of clinical postgraduates. Methods Problem-based learning (PBL) method was used to teach postgraduates, where teaching starts with specific clinical cases and is centered around group discussions, and student solve problems with knowledge learned under the teacher "s guidance, to explore ways in oral and maxillofacial surgical teaching reform. Results All the participants thought that the teaching method was efficient. PBL method improved students'learning initiative, and their problem-analyzing and problem-solving competence, and cultivated the team spirit. Conclusion PBL teaching method can upgrade clinical postgraduates' clinical thinking and practical ability. It paves a way for students to become qualified clinicians.
