Experimental Study on Performance of the Gas Turbine Fuel Nozzle

建立了燃气轮机检修时燃油喷嘴的试验检测台架,并利用此台架对某型燃气轮机燃油喷嘴的流量、喷嘴锥角、喷射质量等参数进行了检测,按标准对喷嘴进行了更换,保证了燃气轮机修后的安全性和可靠性。

The fiael nozzle test bench which used during gas turbine overhauling was established in this article, and a type of gas turbine＇ s fuel nozzle parameters such as fuel flow, cone angle and spray quality were inspect in this test bench. The fuel nozzles were replaced according to the standard in order to ensure the safety and reliability of this repaired Gas turbine.
