β_1肾上腺素受体失敏在心脏疾病中的研究进展

摘要 β肾上腺素受体(β-AR),属于G蛋白耦联受体超家族成员,在快速调节心脏功能中发挥着重要的作用。由于交感神经系统激活,儿茶酚胺持续作用,β-AR广泛参与外周血液循环、代谢调控、肌肉收缩以及中枢神经活动。在心肌细胞中,存在三种亚型:β1-AR、β2-AR和β3-AR。β1-AR是其中最主要的一种受体亚型,它在儿茶酚胺所引起的正性变时和变力效应中起主要作用。β-AR的失敏包括其数量的下调,以及功能的下降。现主要探讨β1-AR失敏与心脏疾病的关系,为心脏疾病的治疗提供一定的理论依据,为后续的深入研究奠定基础。 β-adrenergic receptor (β-AR), belongs to the G protein coupled receptor superfamily, plays an important role in rapidly regulating cardiac function. As the sympathetic nervous system activation and circulating catecholamines, β-AR broadly participates in peripheral blood circulation, metabolic regulation, muscle contraction and central neural activities. There are three β-AR subtypes, β( 1 )AR, β(2) AR and β(3)AR, in cardiac myocytes.β1-AR is one of the most main receptor subtypes, which pla,,'s a principal role in positive change and inotropic effect caused by catecholamine. β-AR desensitization including the down-regulation of number and decline of function. This review mainly discuss the relationship between β1-AR desensitization and cardiac disease, providing certaifi theoretical basis for the treatment of the cardiac diseases, laying foundation for the further research.
