抗磷脂抗体综合征是指由抗磷脂抗体引起的一种自身免疫性疾病,可引起动静脉血栓形成、心瓣膜病、心肌梗死、心腔内血栓形成、心肌损害及肺动脉高压等病变,临床上并未引起足够重视,现就其临床表现、诊治措施等做一综述。

Antiphospholipid syndrome （APS） is a autoimmune disease associated with arterial and venous thrombotic events, heart valvular disease, myocardial infarction, intracardiac thrombi, myocardial involvement, pulmonary hypertension and so on. There is a in creased cardiovascular mortality in APS which should be paid more attention. This article reviews the clinical manifestations, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to the disease.
