摘要
刑讯逼供深为人恶 ,但屡禁不止。本文从多角度多层次剖析刑讯逼供的成因。以我国实情为基点 ,结合国际通常作法 ,作者提出以彻底贯彻无罪推定原则为核心的综合矫治策略 。
Inquisition by torture is hated but fails to be prohibited. This paper has studied the cause of its formation from various perspectives and advanced the strategies of comprehensive correction centering on thoroughly executing the principle of presumption of innocence starting from the actual conditions of China with the combination of common international operations to control this type of inquisition.
