On Building the Legal System of Social Security in China

本文从社会保障制度的历史沿革入手 ,叙述了社会保障制度的起源、在世界各主要国家以及我国的发展概况 ,强调了这一制度在我国社会主义市场经济中的重要作用 ,并对构建社会保障制度的原则、项目、范围、筹资途径、管理。

This paper described the origin of social security system and its development in the major countries of the world and emphasized the important role it plays in China's socialist market economy. It has made a preliminary discussion of the principle, items, scope, means of fund collection, management, and legislature from the legal point of view.
