民营经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分 ,具有多种优势和多方面的作用。民营经济的产生和发展既有内在动力 ,又有外在要求 ,是客观的必然选择。政府要为民营经济的发展与壮大消除障碍、改善环境、搞好服务 。
