On the Development of Northwestern Agriculture by Hui Natioality during the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties

回族在开发西北农业经济的过程中 ,建立了以农业为主的经济基础 ,将汉族等民族先进的农业经验 ,推广应用于西北农业经济的开发中 ,因地制宜地兴修水利 ,扩大灌溉农业 ,改良土壤 ,增加耕地面积 ,多种经营 ,使一些回族聚居区变成了西北重要的农业区 。
