摘要
通过对企业家人力资源内涵和企业家人力资源特性的研究 ,分析了企业内部制度和企业外部制度对企业家人力资源的影响 ,以及企业内部制度和企业外部制度安排对企业家人力资源的开发与利用 。
In this paper, by analyzing the connotation of entrepreneur resources and studying the features of the human resources of entrepreneurs, analysis is made on the influence of the internal and external systems of the enterprise on the human resources of entrepreneurs, and the impact of the arrangement of the internal and external system of the enterprise on the exploration and utilization of the human resources of entrepreneurs. Moreover, the methods of utilizing the human resources of entrepreneurs of China are expounded.
