上海郊野公园发展策略研究——基于SWOT视角的分析

Study on the Development Strategy of Country Park in Shanghai:Analysis Based on SWOT Approach

运用SWOT分析方法,对上海市郊野公园发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行全面、系统的分析,并据此制定相关的发展策略。认为要凭借优势、寓教于乐、提升生态教育理念,要加强部门合作与规划协调、保护环境,要实行功能分区、投资渠道多元化以及实行依法管理等措施,以更好地促进上海市郊野公园的建设与发展。

The SWOT approach was introduced to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the country park development in Shanghai. Development strategy had been made based on SWOT analysis. Namely, to rely on the strength,enhance entertaining and of ecological education concept,we would strengthen sectorial cooperation and coordinate in planning and environmental protection, implement functional zoning, diversification in investment channels,and to act legal administration, etc. So that, better promotion of construction and development of country park in Shanghai could be achieved.
