城乡结合部土地利用对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures of Urban-Rural-Integration-Area Land Use

针对我国城市化发展引起的经济社会变迁,探讨了城乡结合部经济结构、土地利用等方面特点,分析了城乡结合部土地利用存在的问题,利用修补模型模拟了土地投标租金曲线的影响因素,并提出了相关对策建议。

On the base of the big social change which is caused by the urbanization of China, the paper discussed features of economic structures and land utilization, and analyzed the problems of land utilization exiting in urban-rural-integration-area. Using the mending model, the paper simulated land tender rent curve factors. Finally some corresponding measures were put forward.
