摘要
本试验采用穴盘育苗的方法,在黄瓜二叶期进行浓度为10,20,50 mg·L-1多效唑处理,在番茄三叶期进行浓度为5,10,20 mg·L-1多效唑(PP333)处理。结果表明:黄瓜喷施20 mg·L-1、番茄喷施5 mg·L-1浓度的药液效果最为适宜,该浓度下多效唑能有效地控制幼苗地上部的徒长,促进幼苗干物质的积累,有利于培育壮苗。
Seedlings of cucumber at the second true leaf stag and tomato seedlings at the third true leaf stag were treated with different concentration of PPP333. The results showed that PP333 could effectively reduce the seedling's height, increase the stem diameter, promote the accumulation of seedling dry matter, and it was beneficial for strong seedlings. The best concentration of PPP333 was 20 mg· L^-1 for cucumber and 5 mg· L^-1 for tomato.
