地佐辛与芬太尼及复合配方用于腰椎手术后的镇痛效果比较

摘要 疼痛是腰椎手术后的常见并发症,积极有效的镇痛治疗有利于降低不良应激反应的发生,促进患者康复[1].目前,术后镇痛仍以纯阿片类镇痛药为主,但有呼吸抑制、恶心、呕吐、过度镇静、皮肤瘙痒和尿潴留等并发症伴随而来且发生率较高,给术后镇痛患者增添了新的烦恼.近年来,地佐辛作为一种新型阿片受体混合激动拮抗剂在国内外被广泛应用,其镇痛效果好且不良反应少[2,3].本研究旨在通过随机对照设计比较地佐辛、芬太尼及芬太尼联合地佐辛对腰椎手术后镇痛的效果及不良反应.
