糖化血红蛋白检测方法的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)是血红蛋白与血液中葡糖糖缓慢、连续的非酶促不可逆反应的产物 ,不受暂时性血糖的影响.因此 ,HbA1c 对高血糖 ,特别是血糖波动较大的糖尿病患者诊断价值较高 ,是长期控制血糖水平的指标 ,血液中HbA1c含量 ,可以反映过去8-12 周的平均血糖水平 ,能准确反映糖尿病患者体内糖代谢水平与病情控制程度 ,美国糖尿病协会(ADA)已推荐其作为诊断标准之一[1].
