摘要 高职生学业导师制是高职院校教学改革中正在探索的一种型新人才培养模式,是一种全新的教育教学一体化管理制度,是实施和完善学分制的有力保障,更是与"以人为本"教育理念的深度契合。采取问卷调查和访谈方式,对学分制下云南热带作物职业学院学业导师制实施现状及其影响因素进行实证分析,提出改进和完善我院学业导师制实施的建议及对策。 Academic tutorial system is a new type of personnel training mode which is being explored in higher vocational colleges. It is a kind of brand-new education teaching management system and is the implementation and improvement of guarantee of credit system, according with the educational idea of the " people-oriented". Taking Yunnan Vocational College of Tropical Crops as a case, By the questionnaire survey and interviews, This paper empirically analyses its implementation status and influence factors, and also presents some suggestions about improving and completing its system.
