摘要
轧制油在铝材冷轧过程中对板带箔的表面质量有关键性的影响,其润滑性能和油斑特性是各大企业关注的焦点。添加剂是提高轧制油润滑性能最经济,最有效的途径之一,文章从分子结构、摩擦学性能、油斑特性三方面对公司研发的产品与市场产品进行分析对比;轧机润滑油泄露对轧制油造成的污染是油斑污染中占据比例最大的因素,文章从摩擦学性能,油斑特性等方面对公司研发的产品与普通的润滑油进行分析对比。
Rolling oil plays a crucial role on the surface quality of aluminum plate, strip and foil during cold rolling, its lubrication performance and oil mark feature are the focuses of most concern from all the enterprises. The paper explained the additive is one of the most economical and effective accesses to improve lubrication performance, which was compared from aspects of molecular structure, tribological property, oil mark feature; it also pointed out the rolling oil contamination caused by lubricant leakage is the major factor on the oil mark contamination, which was analyzed in terms of tribological property and oil mark feature.
