The paper put forward a real-time simulation method for shape control. In the method, the shape control objects consist of reduction actuating mechanism, reduction influence function, bending actuating mechanism, bending influence function, shifting structure of intermediate roll, influence function of intermediate roll shifting, cooling actuating mechanism, cooling influence function, the models of logical processing, etc.
