摘要
针对克林霉素合成中采用三光气氯化,产生大量低浓度DMF含盐废水,处理收率低、分离效果差、能耗高等问题,提出一种萃取、预处理、结合精馏的新工艺。确定了适合生产的工艺:萃取剂为氯仿,溶剂比2,温度30~40℃,回流比大于2:1,真空度为0.07~0.08MPa,DMF回收总收率80%~85%,含量大于98%,水分小于0.2%,达到新品标准,用于氯化工艺与新品无差异。
