摘要 针对克林霉素合成中采用三光气氯化,产生大量低浓度DMF含盐废水,处理收率低、分离效果差、能耗高等问题,提出一种萃取、预处理、结合精馏的新工艺。确定了适合生产的工艺:萃取剂为氯仿,溶剂比2,温度30~40℃,回流比大于2:1,真空度为0.07~0.08MPa,DMF回收总收率80%~85%,含量大于98%,水分小于0.2%,达到新品标准,用于氯化工艺与新品无差异。 Clindamycin used for the synthesis of bis (triehloromethyl) carbonate chloride, resulting in a large number of low concentrations of DMF saline wastewater, treatment of low yield, poor separation efficiency, high energy consumption problem, an extraction, pretreatment, combined with new technology distillation. Determining a suitable production process : chloroform extraction agent, the solvent ratio of 2 : 1, the temperature of 30 - 40 ~C, a reflux ratio of greater than 2 - 1, the degree of vacuum of 0. 07 - 0. 08 MPa, DMF recovery yield of 80% - 85% of the total content of more than 98%, moisture less than 0. 2%, reaching new standards for technology and new chlorination no difference.
