突发性污染事故发生突然,危害大,做好环境应急监测工作是污染事故防治的重要前提条件之一。本文浅析了环境应急监测在环境应急体系中的关键作用,应急处理能力是处理突发污染事故的首要环节。应急监测是环境监测系统中的一项紧迫任务和重大课题,本文通过说明应急监测的不足与发展,提出了强化环境应急监测的对策建议,具有一定的现实意义和针对性。

Sudden pollution accident happened suddenly and the harm was great. Doing a good job in environmental emergency monitoring was one of the important preconditions of pollution accident prevention. The key role of environmental emergency monitoring in environmental emergency response system was analyzed, and the emergency handling ability was the most important treatment of pollution accident. Emergency monitoring was an urgent task and a major subject of environmental monitoring system. The deficiency and development of emergency monitoring was illustrated, and some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening environmental emergency monitoring were puts forward, which had the certain practical significance.
