摘要
某公司质检部针对近期成套设备制造车间加工的设备表面酸洗清洗不干净的问题组织了质量控制攻关。对原有酸洗钝化工艺存在的酸洗钝化膏不能重复利用,施工质量合格率低等问题进行了分析。通过对几种不同的油污清洗液及酸洗钝化液配方进行比较,选择最适合的油污清洗液及酸洗钝化液,使酸洗钝化后的不锈钢设备表面达到均匀的银白色,表面无明显的渍迹及颜色不均匀的斑块,达到了最佳的表面效果。
In order to control the quality of the surface of the workshop processing equipment, the company research on the not cleaning of pickling issues organ was carried out. The presence of the original pickling passivation pickling and passivation paste can not be reused, construction quality passing rate was low and other issues were analyzed. Through the comparison of several different oil cleaning fluid and pickling passivation solution formula and selection of the most suitable cleaning fluid and oil pickling passivation solution, the stainless steel pickling passivation device surface achieved uniform silvery surface with no obvious stains trace and uneven color patches and the best surface effect was achieved.
