摘要
杂质在反应中能够与催化剂和助催化剂发生反应,降低催化剂活性,甚至失活;杂质还能够引发静电,恶化流化状态;另外杂质在原料中含量过高也导致了精制床频繁切换,大大增加生产成本。分析探讨杂质对反应运行状况、催化剂活性、产品质量以及工艺稳定性的影响。并提出了相应的预防措施和防控手段。为装置开工和平稳运行提供指导。
Impurities could reduce the activity of catalysts or even deactivate the catalysts in the reaction. The static electricity was caused by impurities in the reaction which deteriorating fluidization status. The refined bed was switched frequently in the presence of the most of impurities in influence of impurities on reaction conditions, catalyst raw material, which greatly increase the cost of production. The activity, product quality and process stability were analyzed and discussed, and the corresponding preventive measures and prevention control techniques were put forward in order to provide guidance for the operation and running smoothly of devices.
