摘要
为了适应军用软件研制过程中软件需求和开发环境等因素的动态变化,在COCOMOII模型中加入时间影响因素,并应用专家判断技术和Delphi法对COCOMOII模型进行分解,对影响因子间的因果关系做定性定量分析,设计了模型校准程序来反映军用软件需求渐变的特性。通过在某典型软件项目中的应用,证明改进后的COCOMOII模型对军用软件开发成本的预测更加准确,能够为军用软件项目管理和计划制定提供较为全面的决策支持。
In order to adapt to the dynamic changes of military software requirement and development environment, firstly the impact of period is added into the COCOMOII model. Secondly the relationship of driver factors is analyzed by ex pert judgment and Delphi method, which results in the refinement of COCOMOIII model. Furthermore a calibration procedure is designed to reflect the evolution of software requirement. By applying the improved model to a military project, we can show that it can provide more accurate cost estimation and more comprehensive decision support to project management and plans.
