两岸社区警务比较研究——以社区警务理论及警务模式比较为切入点

Comparative Study on Community Policing of China's Mainland and Taiwan --Based On Community Policing Theory and Mode

社区警务运动滥觞于上世纪60年代，并于70～80年代在全球范围内推广开来。我国大陆地区和台湾地区在社区警务思潮的影响下，也进行了各自的社区警务实践。然而，两者社区警务实践的理论依据和模式并不尽相同，这也成为两岸社区警务实践最大的区别。文章分别介绍了两岸社区警政实践的理论依据和主要活动，并对两者的异同点进行了比较研究。

Put forward in the 1960s, community policing has been popularized during 1970s to 1980s. Under this influence, China's Mainland and Taiwan have also bought community policing into practice. However, the theories and modes are different from each other＇s, which are also the biggest difference of community policing conducted in China's Mainland and Taiwan. This essay has introduced the theoretical foundations and main practices of both areas and made comparative study on the similarities and differences.
