摘要
介绍了实施合同能源管理的优势,针对上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心对节能方面的专业知识、技术及经验比较薄弱的现状,分析了其采用合同能源管理模式实施能源管理的效果,总结了经验,以供借鉴。
Shanghai Mental Health Center cooperate with professional EMC Company do the EMC project base on the national policy of“To devote great efforts to energy saving and consumption reduction, to perfect energy saving marketing system, to speed up the implementation of EMC”and lack of energy saving related technology skil and experience.
