我国高等院校毕业生就业的现状与挑战

The Status and Challenges of Graduate Employment in China

文章分析了经济转型期就业结构的特点 ,指出我国当前高等院校毕业生就业难的深层次问题是改革和转轨过程中各类社会矛盾在高等教育上的集中反映 ,特别是缺乏强有力的鼓励毕业生到非国有经济企业就业的政策指引。最后分析了我国毕业生就业制度改革的基本方向和主要任务 。

On the basis of analyses of the characteristics of the employment structure in the economic transition period,this paper points out that the critical reason behind the present difficulties facing the graduate employment in China's universities is the intensive reflection of all existing social contradictions,in particular due to lack of the policies for encouraging graduates to find jobs in non state sectors Some fundamental directions and main tasks as well as provisional countermeasures for the institutional reform concerned are also put forward at the end of the paper
