企业边界与企业本质一直是各种经济学研究的核心问题 ,不同的理论给出不同的解释。文章在对相关理论评述基础上 ,以个别性契约与现代契约概念为切入点 ,构建了企业边界与本质问题的分析模型 ,提出了企业本质是以现代契约 和现代契约 为基础而形成的公共性人力资本这一核心论点 ,并讨论了模型的应用意义 ;

The boundary and nature of the firm is still a core issue in economics research Different theories could give different answers to it For example, the neo\|classic economics treated a firm as a technical “black box” The contract theories try to explain the content of the “black box”from human relationship, their views had a deep insight into the nature of the firm, but there was some inconsistent or even conflicts between their views In this essay, relative theories were reviewed firstly And then an analyzing model was set up based on the concept of discreet contract and modern contract The main viewpoint was that the nature of the firm is common human resource formed in the basis of the Modern Contract Ⅰ and Modern Contract Ⅱ; Second, the application significance of the model was discussed The limitation of the contract theory and a prospective research way were put forward at the end of this paper \;
