危险品网络化信息管理与服务系统探讨

Discussion of Management and Service System of Dangerous Goods

从危险品行业监管现状出发,针对物流网络在途和在库两种情况,研究了货运站从接单、运输组织、库存管理整个业务流程,分析了行业管理机构、运输企业、社会公众等服务对象的应用需求,在此基础上探讨了交通运输行业危险品网络化管理系统总体结构,提出了业务管理、实时监管、安全辅助管理、用户网上服务管理等4大功能模块,对系统所涉及的管理模式、异构系统信息集成共享技术、危险品监管技术、可扩展性及相关建设标准等关键技术进行了初步研究。

From the perspective of management situation of dangerous goods both in transit and in logistics center, business processes including order receiving, transport organization, inventory control are detailed studied, the requirements of management departments, transport enterprises, the public are analysised. On this basis, the general structure including service management, realtime supervision, security assistance management, internet service, and the key technologies including management model, heterogeneous data integration and information sharing mode, dangerous goods regulation,system extensibility, related standards are discussed.
