摘要
通过对校园物流现状的分析,从而总结其存在的问题,如代理点多而杂、管理制度不完善等,针对这一现象对校园物流运营模式进行论述并提出可行解决方案。物流企业若能找准定位,制定完善合理的校园物流配送营销策略,就能把校园物流配送工作做的更好。
By analyzing the present situation of the logistics distribution of the campus, this paper intends to make a conclusion of the existing problems, such as a large number of disorganized agencies, deficient management systems, etc. Aiming at solving these problems, this paper discusses the operation mode of campus logistics distribution and provides feasible solutions accordingly. If logistics enterprises can set their own positions and formulate perfect and reasonable marketing strategies for campus logistics distribution, they will reach a better achievement in the work of campus logistics distribution.
