Application status and prospect of the PK-PD model in Chinese medicine research

药代动力学-药效动力学(PK-PD)结合模型是研究药物的体内过程、药物对机体的作用及二者之间关系的重要工具,将PK-PD结合模型应用于中药研究,可为阐明中药的药效物质基础及作用机理提供科学依据,对实现中药现代化和国际化具有重要的意义。文章论述了PK-PD结合模型在中药领域的研究现状,就PK-PD结合模型在中药研究中效应指标的选择、指标性成分的确定等关键问题进行了深入探讨并对其在中药研究中的展望进行了分析,以期为今后中药领域PK-PD研究提供参考。

Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic （PK-PD） model, as an available tool, accounting for the interrelated dynamic connection between the in vivo process and efficiency of drugs, which can provide a scientific basis for the pharmacodynamic material basis and elucidating the mechanism of Chinese medicine, has important significance for the realization of modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. Based on the research progress of PK-PD modeling in the field of TCM, the paper discussed in-depth two key problems including the select of involving target chemical composition and the determination of major components. And the paper analyzed the prospect of PK-PD modeling in Chinese medicine study, put forward as reference for the further research work.
