Traditional Chinese medicine westernization violating philosophy self-evident truth

公理是不须证明的真理,是哲学研究的终极目标。遵照《周易》"形而上者谓之道,形而下者谓之器"的公理,从人类文化科学的发展轨迹着眼,从中医与西医的比较研究着手,逐步引伸出定位中医与西医两种医学科学体系的十项公理性原则。这十项公理性原则是:两次文化髙峰、两类研究对象、两类研究方向、两类带头学科、两类科学体系、形上形下二重性的人、两类医学研究方法、两类医学的定义、两种成熟的概念范畴体系、两种医学体系的不可通约性。据此,中医基础科学体系原本是不能被西医化的。违背哲学公理长达半个多世纪的中医西化,构成了当代典型的文化冤假错案,造成了中医基础科学与临床技术体系的全面扭曲与解体。认真进行甄别,彻底拨乱反正,重铸中医之魂,是实现当代中国梦的重要内容之一。以上十项公理性原则,具有一定的普适性。对于我国中西医并重的医疗卫生新体制的系统化"顶层设计",对于中医药堂堂正正地走向世界,都有不可忽视的理论价值。

Self-evident truth is a kind of truth which is unnecessary to repeated proved, also ultimate goal of philosophy research. Conforming to a saying of Zhouyi ＇interior of shape is abstract essence, exterior of shape is superficial form＇, considering from a aspect of human culture and science development, commencing from comparison between Chinese and western medicine, we gradually summarize ten self-evident principles about how to regard these two kinds of medicine science systems. They are two culture developing peak, two kinds of research objects, two categories of research direction, two sets of leading disciplines, two different science systems, dual character human beings, two methods of research, two medical definitions, two mature concepts, two incommensurable medical systems. As a result, TCM basic science system can＇t be westernized. TCM westernization, violating philosophical truth for half a century, has caused modern typical culture misunderstandings, and distorted totally TCM basic science and clinical technology. It is one of the most important things, seriously differentiating, thoroughly setting things right, recasting soul of Chinese medicine, to achieve China dream. Above ten self-evident truths have universality and indispensable value to top-level design of new medical system in our country that pays equal attention to Chinese and western medicine, and to TCM advancing towards the world.
