慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床干预措施研究进展

慢性阻塞性肺疾病反复发作、呈进行性发展,致使患者肺功能逐步下降,严重影响患者的生活质量,而且有较高的致残率,部分患者甚至丧失劳动能力。而在稳定期进行干预是减少发作、改善肺功能重要途径,人们已逐渐认识到在本病稳定期防御的重要性。近年来医护人员对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的干预措施进行深入研究,为本病在稳定期干预措施的实施提供了依据。文章对包括药物治疗、外治法、康复训练以及健康教育等稳定期干预措施进行综述,以期进一步提高临床对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的诊治水平。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease breaks out repeatedly, with the progressive development, and results in patients with lung function decline and seriously affect the patients＇ quality of life. It has high disability rate, and even makes some patients lose labor ability. The intervention in the stable period of COPD is the most important way to reduce attacks and improve the lung function. People have gradually realized the importance of intervention in the stable period of COPD. In recent years, medical workers have in-depth study for the intervention measures in the stable period of COPD, and provide the basis for the intervention measures to carry out. The article included some intervention measures in the stable period of COPD, such as drug therapy, external therapy, rehabilitation training and health education to further improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
