宣肺固本中药对哮喘大鼠血清IL-17、IL-22的影响 被引量:7

Influence of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for ventilating lung and strengthening the foundation on asthmatic rats of serum IL-17,IL-22

摘要 目的:探讨宣肺固本中药对哮喘大鼠的治疗作用及其机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、地塞米松组、宣肺组、固本组、宣肺固本组6组,每组10只。观察支气管-肺组织病理学改变,ELISA方法检测血清中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-22(IL-22)的含量。结果:模型组大鼠平滑肌纤维轻度增生;地塞米松组大鼠细支气管上皮轻度水肿;各中药组大鼠细支气管腔内可见少量炎性渗出液。与正常组比较,模型组IL-17、IL-22含量明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。地塞米松组和3个中药治疗组,与模型组相比,血清中IL-17、IL-22含量明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺固本中药能够减轻哮喘炎症,这可能与降低哮喘大鼠血清IL-17和IL-22的表达有关。 Objective: To explore the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine prescription for ventilating lung and strengthening the foundation on asthmatic rats and its possible mechanism of action. Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, dexamethasone treatment group, ventilating lung treatment group, strengthening the foundation treatment group, ventilating lung and strengthening the foundation treatment group. The bronchial-pulmonary tissue pathology change of asthmatic rats was observed, and IL-17, 1L-22 content in serum was detected by ELISA. Results: Mild hyperplasia could be observed in the smooth muscle fiber of the model group; mild edema could be observed in the bronchiolar epithelial of the dexamethasone treatment group; a small amount of inflammatory exudates could be seen in the bronchioles cavity of the TCM treatment groups. Compared with the normal group, the content of IL-17 and IL-22 of the model group significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, the level of IL-17, IL-22 of dexamethasone treatment group, ventilating lung treatment group, strengthening the foundation treatment group, ventilating lung and strengthening the foundation treatment group dramatically decreased after administration of TCM prescription for ventilating lung and strengthening the foundation and Dexamethasone (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription for ventilating lung and strengthening the foundation can reduce inflammation by asthma, which may relate to the reduction of the lung coefficient and serum IL-17 and IL-22 expression of rats with asthma.
