股头康复片对塌陷前股骨头坏死患者血液流变影响

目的 :观察股头康复片对塌陷前股骨头坏死患者血液流变学的影响。方法 :本研究43例股骨头坏死患者来自2009年1月—2010年5月沈阳市骨科医院和辽宁中医药大学第二附属医院骨科收治的住院治疗病人。随机分成治疗组22例和对照组21例。对照组21例患者给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上服用股头康复片,观察治疗组治疗前后的血液流变学的改变,再与对照组21例进行比较。结果 :治疗组用股头康复片后血液流变学改变明显优于对照组。治疗后全血高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度等指标较治疗前明显下降。在随访过程中未发现股头康复片的不良反应。治疗组22例患者X线片示塌陷率与对照组21例无明显差异。结论 :股头康复片可显著改变血液流变状态,可有效缓解髋部的疼痛,是治疗股骨头坏死患者的一种有效而安全的药物。

Objective： To observe the influence of Cutou Kangfu Tablet on the recovery of blood rheology in patients with femoral head necrosis before collapsing. Methods： 43 patients with femoral head necrosis were in Orthopaedic Hospital in Shenyang and The Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during January 2009 to May 2010 and were randomly divided into treatment group （ 22 cases） and control group （21 cases）. Control group with 21 patients was given conventional treatment. Treatment group with 22 patients on the basis of conventional treatment added Gutou Kangfu Tablet. The change of blood rheology was observed before and after treatment compared with the control group. Results： The treatment group＇s change of blood rheology rehabilitation was better than that of the control group. After treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity index were significantly decreased. In the process of follow-up, there was no adverse reaction. The X ray film in subsidence rate of treatment group and control group had no obvious difference. Conclusion： Gutou Kangfu Tablet can significantly change the blood rheological state and effectively reduce the pain of the hips, and it is an effective and safe treatment of femoral head necrosis patients.
