车前五仁汤治疗肛肠疾病术后便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation of Constipation Patients after Anorectal Surgery Treated with Cheqian Wuren Decoction

目的 :观察车前五仁汤对肛肠疾病术后便秘的临床疗效。方法 :将225例肛肠疾病术后患者随机分为治疗组(车前五仁汤)与对照组(麻仁软胶囊),观察对肛肠疾病术后便秘患者临床症状的改善作用的差异。结果 :车前五仁汤对肛肠疾病术后便秘的总疗效、临床主要症状疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :车前五仁汤对肛肠疾病术后便秘具有十分确切的疗效。

Objective： To ohserve the clinical efficiency of Cheqian Wuren Decoction in treating the constipation after anorectal diseases operation. Method： 225 cases of constipation patients after anorectal surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with Cheqian Wuren Decoction. and the control group were treated with Maren Soft Capsule. The difference hetween the two group was ohserved in improving clinlcal symptoms of patients after anorectal surgery. Results： In the total curative effect and main clinical symptoms in the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Cheqian Wuren Decoction has the effect of constipation after anorectal surgery.
