摘要 目的:建立HPLC同时测定四正颗粒中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil ODS—C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-异丙醇-1%磷酸溶液(36:21:40),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为294nm,柱温35℃。结果:厚朴酚在0.2616-1.5696μg(r=0.9999),和厚朴酚在0.1282-0.7692μg(r=0.9999)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率厚朴酚为99.01%,RSD为1.37%(n=6),和厚朴酚为99.02%,RSD为1.41%(n=6)。结论:本法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于四正颗粒的质量控制。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determinations of magnolol and honokiol in Sizheng Granules. Method: The Kromasil CI8 column was used with a mobile phase of methanolisopropanol= l % phosphoric acid with the flow rate of 1.0 mUmin. The column temperature was 35 OC and UV detection wavelength was at 294 nm. Result: The linear ranges of magnolol and honokiol were 0.2616-1.5696 f.L g (r=0.9999) and 0.1282-0.7692 μg (r=0.9999), respectively. The average recoveries of two components were 99.01 % with RSD 1.37% (n=:o6 )and 99.02% with RSD 1.41 % (n=6). Conclusion: , The method is accurate, reliable and repeatable. It can be a method for quality control of Sizheng Granules.
