抑木汤治疗188例肝脾不和型D-IBS患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Study of Inhibiting Wood Decoction in Treatment of 188 Cases of Patients with Disharmony between Liver and Spleen Syndrome of D-IBS

目的 :观察自拟抑木汤治疗188例肝脾不和型D-IBS患者的临床疗效。方法 :选取抑木汤治疗组和思密达对照组各100例。抑木汤(炒白芍15 g,炒白术15 g,防风15 g,陈皮10 g,黄芪20 g,党参15 g,茯苓20 g,山药20 g,延胡索15 g,滑石粉15 g,补骨脂15 g,炙甘草10 g)由本院中药制剂室协助配制,采用我院天津三延精密机械有限公司的常压一型煎药机,型号为BZY150A41X。制成水溶液,经55.16 kPa高压蒸汽灭菌后备用。1剂煎3袋,各150 mL。治疗组每天分3次温服,日1剂。参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》及本研究需要,确定以3周为1个疗程,连续服用1个疗程,间隔1周后,继服第2个疗程。对照组口服思密达5 mg,3次/d,餐后服用,同上法服2个疗程。结果 :治疗组和对照组两组患者治疗后症状均有所改善,且起效时间无明显差异,但治疗组对症状的改善幅度优于对照组。两组患者总体疗效比较治疗组和对照组相比愈显率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在观察期内,两组用药均有良好的安全性。结论 :本临床研究表明,抑木汤可以有效消除或改善腹泻型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状并具有良好的安全性。

Objective： To observe the effect of Inhibiting Wood Decoction in the treatment of 188 cases of disharmony between liver and spleen syndrome of D-IBS. Method： Inhibiting Wood Decoction and control group both had 100 cases. Inhibiting Wood Decoction （Fried white peony 15 g, Fried atractylodes 15 g, ledebouriella root 15 g, dried tangerine or orange peel 10 g, astragalus root 20 g, radix codonopsis pilosulae 15 g, poria cocos 20 g, chinese yam 20g, corydalis tuber 15 g, talcum powder 15 g, psoralea fruit 15 g, main licorice 10 g） was made by our hospital. A dose had 3 hags, 150 mL for each. Treatment group was given three times a day, one dose a day. 3 weeks was a period of treatment. After the interval of one week, patients were treated for the second course of treatment. In the control group, Smecta was given with a dose of 5 mg,3 times/d. Result： The treatment group and control group were improved, and the effect of time had no obvious difference, but the treatment group on the improvement of the symptoms was better than the control group. Overall curative effect of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05 ）. During the ohservation period, two groups＇ medicine had good security. Conclusion： The clinical studies show that Inhihiting Wood Decoction can effectively eliminate or improve the diarrhea type irritahle howel syndrome patients and has a good security.
