针灸治疗围绝经期综合征临床选穴规律探析

Analysis of Points Selection for Acupuncture Treatment of Peri-menopausal Syndrome

目的 :分析1990年以来针灸治疗围绝经期综合征的临床文献,总结其选穴、归经、刺灸方法的临床应用规律,为制定针灸防治本病的规范化方案提供依据。方法 :利用中国学术期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库(1990—2013年),采用文献计量学的相关方法,将纳入的临床研究文献中所选腧穴进行腧穴、经络、刺灸方法等方面的统计及分析。结果 :符合研究标准的文献共60篇,涉及78个穴位、661频次,平均每个穴位使用8.48次;选用穴位累积频率50%以上且相对频率由大到小依次为三阴交、肾俞、神门、太冲、太溪、关元、百会、脾俞、肝俞、内关、足三里;选用经络应用频次最多的为膀胱经、任脉、督脉、脾经。治疗手段除针刺外,还涉及耳穴贴敷、穴位注射、艾灸、电针、火针、推拿捏脊等多样治疗方法。结论 :针灸治疗更年期综合征所选穴位以三阴交、肾俞、关元、太冲、足三里最为常见,经络主要集中在膀胱经、任脉、脾经,刺灸方法常取单纯体针,配以多种方法综合应用。

Objective： In order to provide the hasis for the prevention and control of the disease and develop the acupuncture and moxihustion standardization program. we analyzed literatures of acupuncture for the treatment on peri-menopausal syndrome since 1990, and summarized the regularity of clinical application of acupuncture points, meridians and acupuncture methods. Methods： Using CNKI and VIP （ 1990-2013 ）, we utilized literature metrology method to do statistics and analysis about acupuncture points, meridians and acupuncture methods through the adopted clinical research literatures. Results： There were 60 literatures which met the standard, involving 78 points and 661 times. Every point was used 8.48 times on average. The most commonly-used points which using-frequency was more than 500/0 included Sanyinjiao, Shenshu, Sherimen , Taichong. Taixi, Cuanyuan , Baihui , Pishu, Ganshu, Neiguan and Zusanli. The most commonly-used meridians were hladder meridian. Ren meridian, Du meridian and spleen meridian. Besides acupuncture, the treatment methods such as acupoint application, acupoint injection, moxihustion, electric acupuncture, fire-needle and Tuina were also involved. Conclusion： In acupuncture treatment on peri-menopausal syndrome, the most frequently-used acupuncture points were Sanyinjiao, Shenshu, Guanyuan. Taichong and Zusanli. The meridians were focused on hladder meridian. Ren meridian and spleen meridian. The most commonly-used treatment method was acupuncture along with integrated application of a variety of methods.
