柴胡皂苷防治原发性肝癌机制研究进展

Advances in Mechanisms of Saikosaponins Preventing and Treating Hepatocellular Carcinoma

通过回顾分析近年来国内外柴胡皂苷防治肝癌的相关文献,从预防肝癌细胞形成、抑制肝癌细胞增殖、诱导肝癌细胞凋亡与分化、抑制肝癌细胞浸润与转移、增强机体抗肿瘤免疫、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药性等六个方面综述了目前对于柴胡皂苷预防与治疗原发性肝癌分子机制的研究进展。柴胡皂苷通过多途径、多靶点防治肝癌,展现出了良好的临床应用前景。

This paper reviewed and analysed recent research progress in mechanisms of saikosaponins in preventing and treating hepatocarcinoma at home and abroad from six aspects, including preventing the formation of hepatoma cells. inhibiting the proliferation of hepatoma cells, inducing apoptosis and differentiation of hepatoma cells, inhibiting invasion and metastasis of hepatoma cells, enhancing anti-tumor immunity and reversing multiple drug resistance. Saikosaponins can prevent and treat hepatoma via multiroutes and multi-targets, showing a great prospect in clinical application.
