脾肾阳虚型便秘临床用药及分析

Prescription Analysis of Spleen Kidney Yang-Deficiency Constipation

目的 :统计中医临床以及专利文献中治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的中药及复方,为中药防治脾肾阳虚型便秘的新药开发提供参考。方法 :以中国知网上1980年1月—2013年1月间发表的学术期刊、博硕士学位论文、会议论文、专利等信息资源为查找对象,以"便秘"和"阳虚"为主题,收录学科范围为中药学、中医学、中西医结合,对相关文献阅读、分析后统计有效方药,分别统计常用药和经方的频数和配伍等。结果 :按上述方法共搜索到283篇文献,原因剔除147篇,共计136篇纳入分析。单味中药总计126种,肉苁蓉、当归、生白术、枳壳、升麻、(制)附子频数较高;经方总计28个,济川煎、大黄附子汤、附子理中汤、理中汤、半硫丸等频数较高。结论 :中药治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘以温脾补肾为主,佐以活血、理气、补益、生津类活血化湿、行气中药。济川煎加减化裁在中医临床治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的经方中有较强的生命力。

Objective： To count the general situation of studies on Chinese medicine and prescription for prevention and treatment of chronic spleen kidney yang-deficiency constipation from journal and patent literature. Methods： Taking academic journals, dissertations, conference papers and patents from CNKI between January 1980 to January 2013 as retrieval source, and constipation and yang deficiency as subjects, combining the subject range including pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The literatures concerning about TCM for prevention and treatment of yang-deficiency chronic constipation were retrieved and analyzed. Results： 283 literatures were inquired according to the methods above, with a total of 136 effective articles included in. The signle 126 Chinese medicines and 28 prescriptions were analyzed. Some medicines such as Cistanche, Chinese angelica, Atractylodes , Citrus aurantium, Cimicifuga rhizome, Radix Aconiti Lateralis were commonly used. [ichuan Decoction, Dahuang Fuzi Decoction, Fuzi Lizhong Decoction, Lizhong Decoction and Banliu Pill were in high frequency. Conclusion： TCM in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang-deficiency constipation was to warm spleen and kidney, accompanied with replenishing qi , tonifying qi and blood, nourishing Yin. lichuan Decoction was widely used in the clinical treatment of spleen kidney yang deficiency constipation.
