疏风凉血汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shufeng Liangxue Decoction in Treatment of Facial Hormone Dependence Dermatitis

目的 :运用疏风凉血汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎,观察其临床疗效。方法 :选择70例确诊为面部激素依赖性皮炎的患者,随机分为两组,治疗组予以中药制剂口服,对照组给予西药抗过敏药物治疗。连续使用4周后观察疗效。结果 :治疗组在疗效及中医证候评分方面,与对照组比较,有显著性差异,具有统计学意义。结论 :疏风凉血汤治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎有较好的疗效。

Objective： To use Shufeng Liangxue Decoction to treat facial hormone dependence dermatitis, and to observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods： 70 cases of patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine orally, and the control group were given western medicine allergy treatment. Both two groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks. Results： The comprehensive curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect in treatment group had significant difference compared with those in the control group （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Shufeng Liangxue Decoction in the treatment of facial hormone dependence dermatitis has better curative effect.
