排刺温针配合超短波治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Row Acupuncture and Warm Needling with Ultrashort Wave in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的 :观察排刺温针配合超短波与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效差异。方法 :将116例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各58例,治疗组采用排刺温针配合超短波治疗;对照组采用口服药治疗,并在治疗3个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果 :治疗组显效率39.7%,总有效率为94.8%;对照组显效率13.8%,总有效率为67.2%,治疗组显效率及总有效率明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :排刺温针配合超短波与药物治疗强直性脊柱炎均有效,但排刺温针配合超短波疗效更优,操作简单,无毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect differences between row acupuncture and warm needling with ultrashort wave and drug treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 116 patients with ankylosirig spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, fifty-eight patients in each group. The treatment group used row acupuncture and warm needling with ultrashort wave therapy. The control group used the oral medicine treatment. After three course, the curative effect was evaluated. Results： The treatment group＇s efficiency was 39.7% and the total effective rate was 94.8%. The control group＇s efficiency was 13.8% and the total effective rate was 67.2%. The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The row acupuncture and warm needling with ultrashort wave and drug treatment of ankylosing spondylitis are effective. But row acupuncture and warm needling with ultrashort wave have better curative effect, and the operation is simple with non-toxic side effects. It is worthy of clinical application.
