摘要
针药结合治疗脑梗死疗效显著,但机制复杂。该文从其抑制自由基增加、减低兴奋性氨基酸毒性、减轻钙离子内流及炎症反应、抑制细胞凋亡、改善血液流变学指标等方面出发,综述近年来针药结合治疗脑梗死的机制进展。
Significant effect has been proved on treating cerebral infarction through the way of acupuncture combined with medicine, which mechanism is complicated. Through those aspects as inhibition of free radicals increase, reducing the toxicity of excitatory amino acids, relieving calcium ion flow and inflammatory response, inhibition of cell apoptosis, improving the blood rheology index indicators, and other some aspects, we reviewed and analyzed the research progress of this mechanism in recent years.
