摘要
阐述了肝脏妊娠发病机制、肝脏妊娠的诊断、肝脏妊娠的治疗及肝脏妊娠的护理。为避免误诊,对生育期的急腹症女性病人除了详细询问病史及疼痛点定位检查外,应该仔细完善B超检查和HCG检查。
It expounded the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and nursing care of patients with hepatic pregnancy.To avoid misdiagnosis,in addition to detailed history and pain point positioning checks,B-ultrasound and HCG checks should be carefully perfected for female patients with acute abdomen during fertility period.
