摘要
提出以学科为主划分高等学校教师群体的观点 ,分析了划分的依据和意义 ,明确了教师群体结构的确定方法 。
It is suggested that the method of grouping the faculty in higher learning institutions be based on subjects.The article analyzes the basis and significance of the grouping,makes clear the determination of the structure of the teacher group.A mathematical model of the rationalized structure of the group is constructed.
