摘要
[目的]探讨合作式目标设定在糖尿病自我管理教育中有效应用的实践策略。[方法]选取53例2型糖尿病病人作为研究对象,采取"一对一"访谈的方式进行目标设定,通过病人设定的目标、制订的《行动计划》以及病人的评价和反馈来评估该方法的可行性;随访12周,记录病人血糖、糖化血红蛋白和自我效能的变化,评价其有效程度。[结果]病人均能够设定个性化的目标,并制订具体的《行动计划》,对完成目标有较高的信心;12周后,病人的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白和自我效能均较干预前有所改善(P<0.05)。[结论]2型糖尿病病人开展合作式目标设定,能够有效促进病人的行为改变和自我管理。
Objective:To probe into practical strategies of effective apphca- tion of collaborative goal setting in diabetes self - management education. Methods:A total of 53 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were taken as re- search subjects,a "one to one" interview was carried out for goal setting. The target set by the patients,"action plan"developed byMthe patients as well as the patient's evaluation and feedback were adopted to assess the feasibility of this method. After 12- week follow- up,changes of patients' blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and self - efficacy were recorded and its effectiveness was evaluated. Results:All patients were able to set personalized goals and make the specific"action plan",and they had a high- er confidence for the completion of the target; after 12 weeks, the patients fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and self- efficacy were improved than that before the intervention(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:Collaborative goal setting for type 2 diabetes patients can effec- tively promote behavior changes and self - management of patients.
