摘要
[目的]研究腹膜后肿瘤切除联合术中放疗的安全性及有效护理方法。[方法]选择我院收治的经腹部CT和(或)MRI确诊为腹膜后肿瘤的病人62例。分为联合治疗组30例和对照组32例,比较两组手术前后白细胞计数变化、胃肠功能恢复时间、切口拆线时间及并发症情况。[结果]联合治疗组与对照组手术前后白细胞计数变化、胃肠功能恢复时间、切口拆线时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合治疗组有5例出现放射性周围神经病,未发生肠坏死及局部纤维化引起的输尿管狭窄等远期并发症。[结论]手术联合术中放疗治疗腹膜后肿瘤安全性好,且不增加术后并发症风险,要充分做好围术期护理。
Objective：To study the safety and effective nursing methods ot patients receiving retroperitoneal tumor resection combined with intraoper- ative radiotherapy. Methods：A total of 62 cases of patients with retroper- itoneal tumors diagnosed by abdominal CT and （or） MRI in our hospital were selected and divided into combined treatment group （30 cases） and control group （32 cases） ,comparing the changes of white blood cell count, the time of gastrointestinal function recovery,the time of incision stitches and complications between the two groups before and after operation. Re- sults： There was no statistically significant difference between combined treatment group and control group before and after surgery（P〉0.05）;5 patients in combined treatment group had radiological peripheral neuropa- thy,and there was no the long - term complications of intestinal necrosis and ureteral stricture caused by local fibrosis. Conclusion： surgery com- bined with intraoperative radiotherapy for retroperitoneal tumors has good safety,and doesn＇t increase the risk of postoperative complications, and perioperative nursing should be fully prepared.
