摘要
比较用两个菌种 (里氏木霉TrichodermareeseiRutC -30及其改良菌种 )和不同的纤维底物制备纤维素酶解效果与酶系构成。研究表明 ,以玉米秸秆为底物 ,改良菌种产酶时间比里氏木霉早 2天 ,且改良菌种滤纸酶活要比里氏木霉高 ,分别为 2 39FPIU/mL和 1 .85FPIU/mL。里氏木霉已实际运用到生产工艺中 。
To Produce cellulase with tow kinds of strains and different fibe substrate in order to definite effect of cellulase production and consisting of enzymatics.Result of study shows that reforming strain is two days shorter than oringe strain with corn stover,and the FPIU of reforming strain is higher than the oringe strain.They reached 2.39 FPIU/ml and 1.85 FPIU/ml.Trichoderma reesei Rut C-30 has been made use of in production technology.Reforming strain would receive the enormous economy interest if it were used in production.
