地生枝顶孢固体培养的形态学研究

Studies on morphology of Acremonium terricola by solid culture

本文利用固体培养方法 ,对地生枝顶孢 (Acremoniumterricola)AT— 0 1菌株的部分形态特征进行了研究 ,结果表明 :低温有利于AT— 0 1菌株表现原始的淡粉红色菌落特征。在利用不同的氮源时 ,其微观形态常有所不同 ,宏观上的菌落特征也有差异。蔗糖浓度为 6 %时显著抑制该菌株菌落直径生长 。

In the present paper,the morphology of the strain AT-01 of Acremonium terricola was studied by solid culture.The results showed that lower temperature helped the colony present its original characteristic of reddish color.Both micro and macro-morphologies were different when different nitrogen resources were used.6% of sucrose significantly decreased the diameter of colony,and different concentrations of sucrose all had obvious effects on the height of colony.
