吉林省专科护士护理软技能现状调查分析

The Analysis of Level of Nursing Soft Skills Among Specialist Nurses in Jilin

目的:了解吉林省专科护士护理软技能水平状况,为制定培训对策提供依据。方法:采用护理软技能测评量表对77名参加吉林省专科护士培训的护士进行问卷调查。结果:吉林省专科护士护理软技能总分为(182.17±18.22)分,其中自我管理技能维度得分最高为(39.01±4.00)分,认知技能维度得分最低为(23.39±4.06)分。学历和医院级别对吉林省专科护士护理软技能有影响(P<0.05)。结论:吉林省专科护士护理软技能处于中等偏上水平,专科护士培训基地应有针对性的加强护理软技能的培养,减少因学历等原因造成的差距。

Objective：To investigate the level of nursing soft skills among specialist nurses in Jilin,so as to provide reference for train.Method：A total of 77 specialist nurses in Jilin were investigated by the nursing soft skills score.Result：The score of nursing soft skills was（182.17±18.22）.The dimension score of self-government（39.01±4.00）was the highest and the dimension score of cognitive skills（23.39±4.06）was the lowest. Educational background and hospital level were relating factors of nursing soft skills（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing soft skills of specialist nurses in Jilin are at upper middle level. It is suggested that specialist nurse training base should take active and effective measures to reduce the gap by academic reasons.
