社区对老年高血压患者的护理分析

Analysis of Community Nursing on the Elderly with Hypertension

目的:研究观察社区护理干预对老年高血压患者临床效果的影响。方法:选取2009年6月-2012年12月本社区165例高血压老年患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为护理组85例和对照组80例。对照组进行高血压常规基础护理方案,护理组在对照组护理方案基础上,根据患者的临床表现以及既往病史,制定有针对性的护理方案,并对两组患者的血压控制情况、生活质量以及治疗费用进行比较分析。结果:护理组治疗前后的舒张压与收缩压的降低程度均明显高于对照组,护理组的总优良率96.47%明显高于对照组的72.50%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且护理组患者的治疗费用明显低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对社区的老年高血压患者采用有针对性的护理干预措施,可以有效地改善患者病情,提高生活质量以及减少患者的治疗费用,值得在临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of community nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension.Method：165 elderly patients with hypertension in our community were selected from June 2009 to December 2012,they were randomly divided into the nursing group for 85 cases and the control group for 80 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing care for hypertension,the nursing group on the basis of the control group,according to the patient＇s clinical manifestation and past medical history,the nursing program was formulated.And blood pressure control, quality of life and cost of treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：Nursing group before and after treatment,diastolic and systolic blood pressure decreased significantly than the control group,the excellent and good rate of nursing group was 96.47%,it was significantly higher than the control group（72.50%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The cost of treatment in nursing group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The community elderly hypertensive patients with targeted nursing intervention measures,can effectively improve the patient＇s condition,improve the quality of the patient＇s life and reduce the cost of treatment,it is worth in clinical promotion.
